By using BroadlandAstro.com you agree to these simple terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who I am

This site is run by me — Jack Sharp — from the UK. “Broadland Astro” refers to my personal astrophotography work.

My business address is 16 Burlingham Road, South Walsham, Norwich, NR13 6DL.

Using the site

  • Use the site legally and sensibly.
  • Do not attempt to hack, break, overload, scrape, or automate the site.
  • Do not copy or reuse my images or text without permission.

Prints & orders

Prints are sold through the shop. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; BroadlandAstro.com does not store any billing details.

Delivery

  • Prints are printed to order and posted on Tuesdays and Thursdays, by tracked delivery, booked through Parcel2Go.
  • UK orders usually arrive 7–10 days after you order. International orders take longer, depending on the destination.
  • Framed prints are made and sent by my framing partner, and canvas prints by my printer. Please allow 7–14 working days.
  • International buyers may have to pay import tax or duty when the parcel arrives. That is set by your country and is not included in the price.

Changed your mind?

  • You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after it is delivered. If it hasn't been posted yet, I'll simply refund you in full.
  • Once you've told me, you have another 14 days to post the print back. Return postage is paid by you. Please send it back in the condition it arrived.
  • I'll refund the price of the print and the delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving it back, or of you sending me proof of postage if that is sooner.
  • If a returned print has been damaged by handling, I may take the loss in value off the refund.

How to cancel

Email jack@broadlandastro.com or use the contact page. Give your name, your order number and say you want to cancel. That's all that's needed — there's no form to fill in.

Damaged, faulty or wrong print

If your print arrives damaged, has a fault, or isn't what you ordered, let me know within 30 days of delivery with a photo. I'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send it back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

All images, text, layouts, and designs are © Jack Sharp / Broadland Astro. Personal viewing is fine. Commercial use requires written permission.

User submissions

If you send me messages or content, you confirm you’re allowed to send it. Anything you send is used only for replying — nothing else.

Availability

The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons outside my control. I am not responsible for losses caused by downtime.

External links

I link to other sites for convenience. I do not control their content, security, or privacy policies.

Liability

This site is provided “as is”. I exclude all implied warranties and limit liability to the fullest extent permitted by law. (Nothing here restricts liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.)

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
